Refunds on Returns :-

• The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
• Customs charges/duties applicable has to be paid by the customer.
• Refunds for orders purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order
• Please mention your Order Id while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order and effect refunds.
  
• Before sending the return to us, please inform us by email at mogulinterior@aol.com
• To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  
• The returned item must be in our possession within 10days of the date you receive it.
• Item/s that have been worn or altered shall not be returned.
  
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
  

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Each product is hand procured and  checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement, at the artisan's premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer. As we are a small owner operated business we request that you please correspond with us before leaving negative feedback.We do try our best to serve you but to err is human.So we request that you please let us know your thoughts and work out any issues .

You may return, at your expense, items in original packing within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling charges paid by seller. We do not refund shipping fees.

We ship via a WHITE GLOVE freight carrier as these pieces are antiques and need extra care. The delivery time for east coast is 2-3 weeks and west coast is 3-4 weeks.
